The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An Act                                                                   
prohibiting a legislator from providing consulting services to a person                                                         
in the private sector or agreeing to accept consulting fees from a                                                              
person in the private sector" and recommended it be replaced with                                                               
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 13(JUD) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to ethics in state government and to activities                                                              
          of former legislators; and providing for an effective                                                                 
          date."
